Q: Can you help with the design or only with construction?

Whilst we are a construction company, we can also help you with design. Some clients already have a design or a clear vision, while others prefer more guidance. If you’re not sure what you want, we can put you in touch with talented freelance interior designers. We’ll show you their portfolios so you can choose the designer who best matches your taste, and then we bring them into the process seamlessly.

Q: I’m not sure what style I want. Can you help me decide?
Of course. Our design partners will help you discover what feels right for your home. They create vision boards, suggest materials, and guide you toward a space that reflects both your personality and lifestyle.

Q: Do you assist with permits and approvals?
Yes. Should you need assistance, we will work with community management bodies to obtain the necessary work permits.

Budget & Timeline

Q: How much does a renovation usually cost?
It depends on the scope and size of the project. After our consultation and material selections, we provide a detailed quotation so you know exactly what to expect. For example kitchens would start at around 80,000 AED, while bathrooms start at 40,000 AED.

Q: How long will my renovation take?
Every project is unique to its scope and size. We’ll give you a clear timeline before starting and keep you updated throughout the process.

Execution & Quality

Q: Who will manage my project?
Each project is personally overseen by Shaun and Mahmood, supported by our expert site team to ensure every detail is done right. Both founders are fluent English speakers. Mahmood also speaks Arabic., so nothing will ever get lost in translation. Clear communication and personal involvement are at the heart of every project we take on.

Q: Can I live in my house during the renovation?
For smaller projects, yes. For larger renovations, we can plan the work in stages or suggest temporary solutions to make things easier.

Q: Do you offer warranties or aftercare?
Yes. Material warranties are provided from the manufacturers. We also stand behind our craftsmanship and materials, and we’re always available for post-project support.
